Background
He is a bank manager and meets rex and the gang with a quiz for them when they want loaned money. After he spots a gun in Bob's hands he goes crazy and gives them a ton of money.
First And Last Appearance
He is only seen in Adventures On Telly Part I where they want loaned money from him and the bank but he will not lend it to them while he's trying to ask them questions from his survey until he sees a gun in Bob's hand and gives them the big bag of money. He is last seen looking at a letter from the police and calls them to go after Rex and the gang who never get caught.
